In “fermentation scores”, the process of fermentation is used as a metaphor for how people internalize experiences, and the new possibilities that can exist after processing and releasing them.
Although movement is encouraged, Fermentation Scores can also be interpreted in any way. Mental gestures are equally important when setting intention. The scores leaves room for interpretation, although each score references a specific fermentation process. There is an glossary where they are listed for those who are interested in delving deeper.
